ุฃุนูุฐ ุจุนุฒุฉ ุงููู ููุฏุฑุชู ู

Aโudhu biโizzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa โuhadhiru
“I seek protection in the might of Allah and His power from the evil of what I am experiencing and of what I fear.”
- Recite “bismillah” three times, and then the entire supplication seven times. It is recommended to mention the name of the sick person if praying for someone else[2][4].

“O Allah, the Lord of mankind, remove the difficulty and bring about healing as You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that will leave no ailment.”
- This dua is recommended to be recited while placing the right hand on the area of pain[2][4].
Dua for Illness #3

Reciting Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas
When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was ill, he would recite Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas, and then blow his breath over his body. When his illness was aggravated, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) would recite these suras and blow her breath over him, and have him rub his body with his own hand for its blessings[2][4].

“Oh Allah bless and bestow peace upon Sayyidina Muhammed, the guide to the path of religion. Oh Allah bless and bestow peace upon Sayyidina Muhammed, and through his rank, remove from me every illness, pain, ailment, and disease, and upon his family and companions.”
