Dua for Healing – Lord of Mankind
ุงููููููู ูู ุฑูุจูู ุงููููุงุณู ุฃูุฐูููุจู ุงููุจูุฃูุณู ููุงุดููู ุฃูููุชู ุงูุดููุงููู ููุง ุดูููุงุกู ุฅููููุง ุดูููุงุคููู ุดูููุงุกู ููุง ููุบูุงุฏูุฑู ุณูููู ูุง
Transliteration:
Allahumma Rabban-naas adhhibil-baโsa washfi Antash-Shaafi laa shifaaโa illaa shifaaโuk shifaaโan laa yughaadiru saqamaa.
Translation:
“O Allah, the Lord of mankind, remove the difficulty and bring about healing as You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that will leave no ailment.”
Dua for Protection and Healing
ุฃูุนููุฐู ุจูุนูุฒููุฉู ุงูููููู ููููุฏูุฑูุชููู ู ููู ุดูุฑูู ู ูุง ุฃูุฌูุฏู ููุฃูุญูุงุฐูุฑู
Transliteration:
Aโudhu biโizzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa โuhadhiru.
Translation:
“I seek refuge with Allah and with His Power from the evil that afflicts me and that which I apprehend.”
- Recite “Bismillah” three times, then repeat this dua seven times while placing your hand on the area of pain.
Dua for Healing – Asking Allah the Mighty
ุฃูุณูุฃููู ุงูููููู ุงููุนูุธููู ู ุฑูุจูู ุงููุนูุฑูุดู ุงููุนูุธููู ู ุฃููู ููุดููููููู
Transliteration:
As’alu Allah al ‘azim rabbil ‘arshil azim an yashifika.
Translation:
“I ask Allah, the Mighty, the Lord of the Mighty Throne, to cure you.”
- Repeat this dua seven times.
Dua Using Surahs – Mu’awwidhatayn
When ill, it is recommended to recite the Mu’awwidhatayn (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas), blow on your hands, and then pass them over your body. This was a practice of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as reported by Aisha (R.A.).
General Dua for Well-being
ุฑูุจููููุง ุขุชูููุง ููู ุงูุฏููููููุง ุญูุณูููุฉู ููููู ุงูุขุฎูุฑูุฉู ุญูุณูููุฉู ููููููุง ุนูุฐูุงุจู ุงููููุงุฑู
Transliteration:
Rabbana ‘atinaa fid dunyaa hasanat wafil aakhirati hasana taw wa qinaa azaaban naar.
Translation:
“Oh Allah Our Lord and Sustainer Grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and save us from the Fire of Hell.”
