Dua Before Eating
The most common and recommended dua to recite before eating is:

Bismillah
In the name of Allah
This dua is prescribed by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and is mentioned in several hadiths.
If you forget to recite “Bismillah” at the beginning of your meal, you can say:

Bismillahi awwalahu wa aakhirahu
In the name of Allah at the beginning and at the end.
Dua After Eating

Alhamdu lillahi ‘l-ladhi at’amani hadha al-ta’ama wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah.
All praise belongs to Allah who granted this meal, (which I received) without my power or effort.
Dua Seeking Blessings and Better Provision

Allahumma barik lana fihi wa at’imna khayran minh.
O Allah, bless us in it and provide us with better than it.
